Ralph Flick         Attorney at Law

I am originally from Southern California where I earned my undergraduate degree in Economics from the California State University at Long Beach in 1991 and my Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1994. I spent most of my legal career as an in-house corporate attorney for several public companies located in the Los Angeles area in the mortgage and fashion industries and I specialized in corporate securities and finance. I am a member of the Washington State Bar and the California State Bar. In 2004, I earned my Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. I advise clients both as an attorney in private practice as well as a business consultant, I serve on several corporate and non-profit boards and I live in Gig Harbor, Washington with my wife and my two children (and we really enjoy the Northwest lifestyle). I teach undergraduate and graduate classes at institutions in Western Washington in the areas of economics, law, political science and finance at Shoreline Community College, Tacoma Community College and Brandman University and I currently serve as the Area Chair for Finance in Western Washington for the University of Phoenix.
